Please note a few comments of mine before sending your email:

1) We only do projects in the East End of Toronto, this is where we live, have our suppliers, know the different neighbours and types of houses we work on. Our service area is approximately Yonge to Warden, Eglinton To Lakeshore (See map below)

2) We are always busy and typically book many months in advance, we typically book spring projects in the previous fall 

3) Our portfolio page paints a good picture of the types of projects and sizes of projects we specialize in. You will notice our projects tend to be smaller and focused on outdoor carpentry with some hardscaping and softscaping work as well. If the portfolio page isn’t work, the same photos are on our Instagram page @everettconstruction

4) If possible, please include in your email as many relevant details to your project such as what neighbourhood you live in, photos of the project area (frontyard/backyard), rough dimensions, what you envision for this project (material choices/style/look) etc. This will all help me determine if we are the right fit for your project
